MEA had a new competitor growing in the market and they wanted an ad campaign that set them apart from their competition. "The X Factor" campaign is set up to be adaptable for various elements that are unique to MEA and make them better then their competitors. This could be 0 breaches, universal file acceptance, or user friendly interfaces.
